You must obtain 70% marks to apply for a “Exemplar Global One year Graduate” or “Certified ISO 17020 Lead Auditor”. Once you acquire a Qualified Lead Auditor Certificate approved by Exemplar Global, you will demonstrate that you have the capabilities and competencies to audit organizations based on best practices

Every participant who attend the training and pass the exam get a Training Certification from the TNV with an Exemplar Global mark. Any candidates who pass the Lead Auditor Course as developed by TNV are eligible to be enrolled as Lead Auditor with any Certification body subject to fulfilment of other requirements like Educational Certificate and Experience. Core requirement is to attain a Lead Auditor Certificate from any training agencies duly approved by any recognized agencies and TNV fulfilling that requirement.

How to start career of ISO 17020 Auditor ?

As a ISO 17020 Auditor, you need to have some industrial experience to get assignment of audit in capacity of auditor. In case you are fresher and do not have industry experience, it’s advisable to complete minimum 20 audit assignment as team member of the audit team. Once you complete the 20 man-days, you may apply for the position of the auditor with the certification body. For low-risk technical area, sometimes certification body (ies) allows fresher based on successful completion of the evaluation carried out by Certification body. As an Auditor you must not hesitate to empanel with several certification body. If Certification body are satisfied with your performance, they may allow you to face witness audit and this shall add value to your career of the auditing.
